Shipping Policy


We currently offer shipping within the U.S. only and FREE shipping on all orders over $100.

When you place an order, we offer calculated shipping based on your address. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote section.


*Keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing packing period before shipping transits apply. Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.


We ship out items Tuesday to Sunday, with the exception of US holidays.

 

In-store pick up orders will be ready for pick up next day at our store in Huntington Park. Please provide your receipt and a valid identification card.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS or UPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. 

Once we send the liability is between you and USPS or UPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. Please check with your local post office, USPS, or UPS to check on your delivery status and to file a claim for lost packages.

 

*Due to COVID-19 shipping times will vary. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens once the package leaves the facility. Please allow extra days for the package to be delivered.

Refund/Exchange Policy

 

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with an item, please follow the instructions below to exchange for store credit: 

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt date for a refund. Any returns thereafter may be denied.

  • Send us an email at shop@lovestoneclothing.com within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason for return. We will issue you a RA# (return authorization number), which should be included in your return package. Please note that all returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
  • Items must be mailed back in original condition - we inspect all items upon receipt to make sure they meet standards. Items must have all original tags attached in order to receive refund. All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.

  • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
  • 
If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

  • Should you receive an item as a result of our error, received an incorrect item or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs and issue you a return label.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective/damaged items. You may also visit the store for exchange request.
  • 
No exchanges or store credits will be accepted on any jewelry due to it changing colors, changing your skin color, or natural ‘wear and tear’.


  • Bodysuits, bathing suits, accessories, and white garments are all final sale. All discounted items are final sale. Return & exchange requests on final sale items will not be accepted.
